Tuya's CFO Steps Down, Replacement Named; Shares Jump 4%

Tuya (HKG:2391) Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President Liu Yao resigned effective Sept. 16 after a five-year tenure, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Yang Yi will succeed Liu as CFO at the Internet of Things cloud development company, effective the same day.

Shares jumped 4% during Tuesday's afternoon trading.
