Trendlines (SGX:42T) has approved investments totaling $1.5 million from controlling shareholder Librae Holdings and $992,000 from Trendlines itself in its portfolio companies, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Librae will invest in nine companies through various agreements, including share purchase agreements, simple agreements for future equity, and convertible loan agreements.
Key investments include $400,000 in Vessi Medical and $300,000 in ProArc from Librae, and $200,000 in Limaca Medical and Arcuro Medical from Trendlines.
The transactions are on normal commercial terms and are not expected to significantly impact Trendlines' financials or net tangible assets for the year ending Dec. 31, the filing said.
Trendlines' shares were up almost 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
