Pure Foods Tasmania Names Interim Executive Chair Amid Restructuring

Pure Foods Tasmania (ASX:PFT) non-executive Chairman Malcolm McAully will transition to an executive role in an interim capacity, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

McAully will lead the company's restructuring and business realignment, including exploring a potential merger, that began in early January 2024.

The premium food and beverage maker is still in the process of finding the successor to outgoing Chief Executive Officer Michael Cooper, who will leave the role on Aug. 30.
