An informed source revealed: “There are still a series of procedures to go through, and there will be announcements in the next few days.” In addition, after acquiring Didi’s intelligent driving and cockpit business, AutoAI Technology may consider going public independently.
In response to Sina Tech News, Didi also stated today that AutoAI Technology is an important ecological partner of Didi, and Didi invested in the company in as early as 2018. This time, Didi Intelligent Transportation will cooperate more deeply with NavInfo, focusing on the field of intelligent transportation and increasing exploration of intelligent travel scenarios.
