Pavillon Holdings' (SGX:596) wholly owned subsidiary, Pavillon Overseas Investments, incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in China, Shanghai Yiwen Information and Technology, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.
The new subsidiary has been incorporated as an investment holding and has an initial registered share capital of 100 million yuan.
