Alarum Technologies (ALAR) shares slumped 32% amid heavy trading after the company reported Monday lower Q2 adjusted earnings per American depositary share.

More than 1.75 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 490,000.

PDD Holdings' (PDD) Q2 revenue increased year over year but fell short of market estimates, while the Chinese e-commerce platform expects competition and external challenges to impact its future results.

Shares sank 29% as intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 86.1 million versus a daily average of about 7.25 million.

Guardant Health (GH) said, late Friday, it agreed to an open market sale of common shares for up to $400 million.

Shares dropped 10% as intraday trading volume rose to over 2.92 million versus a daily average of about 2.09 million.
