NutryFarm International (SGX:AZT) under judicial management, has applied for a sixth extension of its judicial management order, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The application, filed on Aug. 21, seeks to extend the order until Dec. 10.
The High Court of Singapore is scheduled to hear the application on Sept. 9 at 10:00 AM. Parties affected by the application are required to file any objections by Aug. 29 and submit supporting documents by Sept. 4.
Since April 11, 2022, the company's securities have been voluntarily suspended from trading on the SGX-ST.
