DSM Fresh Foods, which operates the meat delivery platform Zappfresh, has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for listing on the BSE SME, the SME platform of the Indian stock exchange.
The IPO will include only a fresh issue of 5,906,400 equity shares with a face value of 10 rupees each, without an offer for sale component, according to a recent regulatory filing.
