PhosCo Secures AU$900,000 in Converting Notes from Key Investors

PhosCo (ASX:PHO) secured AU$900,000 in Converting Notes from its existing investors, which is expected to support new phosphate licenses and exploration at the Sekarna phosphate project in Tunisia, the miner said in a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The note issuance requires shareholder approval.

Major commitments came from directors Robin Widdup and Taz Aldaoud, and cornerstone shareholder Lion Selection Group, the filing said.
