China TCM Holdings' H1 Profit Falls 64% as Revenue Slips 10%

China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings' (HKG:0570) attributable profit slumped 64% to 211 million yuan in the first half from 578.7 million yuan in the year-ago period.

Earnings per share at the traditional Chinese medicine manufacturer decreased 64% to 0.0419 yuan from 0.1149 yuan in the previous year.

Revenue declined 9.9% to 8.39 billion yuan from 9.30 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
