MT Newswires Live08-30

PotlatchDeltic (PCH) said late Thursday it has completed the planned downtime at its sawmill in Waldo, Arkansas, to tie-in equipment for the $131 million modernization and expansion project.

The facility is starting its ramp-up phase, and is expected to take six to 12 months to reach the mill's new dimensional lumber capacity of 275 million board feet per year, the company said.

The timber real estate investment trust expects the mill to generate about $25 million incremental adjusted EBITDDA annually once the ramp-up phase is completed.
