SMI Vantage's (SGX:Y45) request for a 12-month extension to meet SGX-ST Exit Criteria has been denied, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Consequently, the Company's securities will be suspended from Sept. 2, pending completion of an exit offer and delisting. Shares of the company were down 20% in recent trade.
