Riverine China (HKG:1417) recorded a rise in attributable profit for the six months ended June 30 to 2.4 million yuan from 302,000 yuan a year prior, a Thursday bourse filing stated.
Earnings per share for the property management company for the six months stood at 0.01 yuan.
Revenue for the interim period fell by 1.4% to 455.5 million yuan from 462 million yuan during the year-ago period.
The decline in revenue was mainly due to a lower revenue from the property management and urban sanitary services segments.
