MoneyMax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) launched its Series 009 Digital Security Tokens under its SG$100 million unsecured commercial paper program, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The Series 009 Tokens, which offer an interest rate of 5% per annum, will mature three months from their issuance date.
The tokens will be issued to accredited and institutional investors and listed on the ADDX Exchange. The company aims to raise between SG$20 million and SG$30 million from this issuance, with the final amount subject to company discretion.
