BEIJING, Aug 29 (Reuters) - China Southern Airlines

narrowed first-half net losses to 1.2 billion yuan ($169.17 million), it said in a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Thursday, down from a loss of 2.9 bln yuan a year earlier.
