Main Street Capital Invests $11.2 Million in MoneyThumb

Main Street Capital (MAIN) said Thursday it completed a portfolio investment of $11.2 million "to facilitate the majority recapitalization" of MoneyThumb, a financial analysis software serving the cash advance and accounting industries.

The company and a co-investor partnered with majority equity investor Iron Creek Partners, as well as MoneyThumb's founder and senior management in the transaction, Main Street said.
