Iron Road (ASX:IRD) signed a Cape Hardy collaboration agreement with Macquarie Capital for potential common user infrastructure projects within the Cape Hardy Industrial Port Precinct, the mineral explorer said in a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The deal will give Macquarie specific rights for future developments but excludes Amp Energy's green hydrogen project and Northern Water's desalination plant, it said.
This agreement follows the cancellation of subscription warrants and issuance of replacement warrants to Macquarie. It also ends a previous joint development deal and related engagements between the two firms, the filing said.
