Hitek Global Starts Offering to Raise up to $20 Million; Minimum Threshold of $8 Million

Hitek Global (HKIT) said Wednesday it is offering a minimum of $8 million and a maximum of $20 million class A ordinary shares.

The company said in case it fails to raise the minimum proceeds, all amounts will be returned to investors after terminating the offering.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for potential acquisitions, research and development, recruitment of additional employees and general working capital, according to Hitek.
