Guangdong Investment (HKG:0270) secured a HK$3 billion committed term loan facility from an unnamed bank to finance its general corporate funding requirements, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The loan will be used to refinance existing indebtedness among other uses, according to the infrastructure firm.
The facility will be valid for 364 days from the first drawdown date.
