China Galaxy Securities (SHA:601881) secured the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for its up to 20 billion yuan issue of corporate bonds.
The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the securities company rose 2% in recent trade.
