Stamford Tyres' (SGX:S29) financial controller, Frank Ng Tse Lim, will step down from his role, effective Sept. 30, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.
Lim has decided to resign due to health issues. The company is in the process of identifying a suitable successor.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent trading.
