Shanghai Voicecomm Information Technology (HKG:2495) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with China Construction First Building Group Construction Development, a Monday bourse filing said.
Under the contract, the parties will cooperate on construction projects for industrial parks, intelligent construction business, and intelligent operation business, the IT solutions provider said.
China Construction First Building Construction Development is a unit of Chinese construction firm, China State Construction Engineering (SHA:601668).
