Concrete Pumping Fiscal Q3 Earnings, Revenue Fall; Fiscal 2024 Revenue Guidance Cut -- Shares Down After Hours

Concrete Pumping Holdings (BBCP) reported fiscal Q3 earnings late Wednesday of $0.13 per diluted share, down from $0.18 a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.19.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $109.6 million, down from $120.7 million a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $125.5 million.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2024 revenue of between $420 million and $430 million. That compares with its prior guidance of $455 million to $465 million. Four analysts polled by Capital IQ are expecting $457.5 million.

Shares of Concrete Pumping were down nearly 11% in after-hours activity.
