QMMM Holdings (QMMM) reported in a regulatory filing Friday an offering of up to 5.2 million shares to be sold by eight shareholders.
The eight selling shareholders account for 30.5% of QMMM's ordinary shares. They include Future Elite Group, Bamford Global, Oldbury Ventures, Zorn International, Cloud Empire International, Cosmic Edge Global, Initial Heart International, and Kuai Bao Global.
