China Vanke (HKG:2202, SHE:000002) obtained two loans worth a total of about 11.5 billion yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
A syndicate led by the Bank of Communications (HKG:3328, SHA:601328) lent about 7.98 billion yuan with a five-year term and Ping An Bank (SHE:000001) lent 3.5 billion yuan with a three-year term, the filing said.
Shares in Vanke decreased 2% in Shenzhen during Friday's trading.
