VICI Properties Raises Quarterly Dividend to 43.25c per Share

VICI Properties said its board raised the company's quarterly cash dividend to 43.25 cents per share, from 41.5 cents.

The new dividend will be payable on Oct. 3 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 18, the company said.

The increased dividend, $1.73 on an annual basis, represents a dividend yield of about 5.1%, based on VICI's closing share price of $33.59 on Thursday.

VICI said the new dividend represents its seventh annual dividend increase since the company was formed. In September 2023, the real estate investment trust raised its dividend to 41.5 cents per share from 39 cents.
