C-MER Medical to Buy Back Up to HK$100 Million of Shares

C-MER Medical Holdings (HKG:3309) has decided to buy back up to HK$100 million of shares from the market from time to time during the next 12 months, a Thursday bourse filing said.

Lam Shun Chiu Dennis, a controlling shareholder and an executive director of the medical services firm, is also looking to boost his stakeholding in the company.

Shares of the company closed nearly 3% higher on Thursday.
