XD XD's Subsidiary Acquires X.D. Global (HK)

XD's (HKG:2400) subsidiary XDG Holding acquired 35% of the shareholding of X.D. Global (HK) from EDragon and LY Development. A Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The group, as a part of the consideration, paid a little over $16.69 million to EDragon for its 2,700 ordinary shares representing 27% shareholding in the target company, and a little over $4.9 million to LY Development for its 800 ordinary shares representing 8% shareholding in the target company.

The game developer settled the remaining consideration by issuing and allotting 7,405,714 and 2,194,286 consideration shares to EDragon and LY Development respectively at HK$14.20 per share.

The target company has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of XDG Holding and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
