Stocks to Watch: Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Mission Produce, Actelis Networks

Hewlett Packard Enterprise commenced a public offering of $1.35 billion of Series C mandatory company convertible preferred stock. The edge-to-cloud company said that it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund its acquisition of Juniper Networks. Shares fall 5.7%, to $16.60 in after-hours trading.

Mission Produce posted higher revenue and profit in its fiscal third quarter. The farming company posted a profit of 17 cents a share, compared with 9 cents a share a year ago. Revenue increased 24% to $324 million, boosted by higher avocado prices. For the current quarter, the company expects prices to come down sequentially but remain about 15% higher than last year's average avocado price of $1.39 a pound. Shares rise 17%, to $12.46, in post-market trading.

Actelis Networks said it received a significant order from a transportation agency operating under the umbrella of the U.S. Transportation Department. The networking solutions company will support the agency in several applications, including connecting remote facilities, backhauling radar networks and consolidating T1 lines over IP for fiber projects. Shares rise 35%, to $2.01, in after-hours trading.
