Pacific Textiles' (HKG:1382) production is seen to decline by 2.2 million pounds as the company halted operations at its Vietnam plant due to the impact of super typhoon Yagi, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The plant in Hai Duong province sustained damage, and the suspension of operations on the plant could last for up to four weeks, the filing said.
Its two other plants in the country remain intact.
Pacific Textiles shifted production orders from its Hai Duong plant to Guangdong, China, and to Nam Dinh province, Vietnam, the filing said.
