Brilliance China Automotive Holdings (HKG:1114) Chairman Wu Xiao An resigned, effective Wednesday, due to his other commitments, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Wu also resigned as chairman of Xinchen China Power Holdings (HKG:1148), 31.2% of which is owned by company subsidiary Brilliance Investment Holdings.
