BUZZ-HK's Pacific Textiles slips as Vietnam production hit by Typhoon Yagi

** Shares of Pacific Textiles Holdings Ltd slip 2% to HK$1.45

** Stock on track for the biggest one-day pct fall since Sept 4, if losses hold, after the textile products maker said its Vietnam production has been hit by Typhoon Yagi

** Co says its plant located at Lai Vu Commune in Vietnam's Hai Duong Province has temporarily suspended production due to business interruption and damage on the facilities and inventories amid super Typhoon Yagi, while operations of its other two production plants remain intact

** Co says the suspension of production at Vietnam Hai Duong Plant is estimated to last for about four weeks, which could lead to a decrease in the production volume and delay in delivery of products from Vietnam Hai Duong Plant

** Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index adds 0.3% and

Hang Seng Index climbs 0.2%

** Stock up 9.6% YTD
