Actelis Networks Share Rise 36% After Order From DOT Agency

Shares of Actelis Networks were trading higher in the after-hours market on heavy volume, following news the company received an order from a transportation agency operating under the umbrella of the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Actelis said Monday that the significant order will see it support the agency with numerous range of applications, including connecting remote facilities, backhauling radar networks, and consolidating T1 lines over IP for fiber projects.

After the bell, the company's shares were trading 37.5% higher, at $2.05. The stock closed the day's regular session with a gain of 5.7%, finishing at $1.49.

The company has 6.02 million shares outstanding and a public float of 5.19 million shares. Shortly after 5 p.m. ET, the after-hours volume on the stock was over 6 million shares.
