Enlight Renewable Energy (ENLT) said Wednesday it has started initial commercial operations at its Atrisco Solar & Energy Storage project outside Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The project has 364 megawatts of solar generation capacity and 1.2 gigawatt hours of energy storage capacity, the company added.
Enlight said that the Public Service Company of New Mexico is buying power which is being produced at Atrisco under a 20-year power purchase agreement.
The firm's Clenera unit developed the Atrisco project for a total cost of $827 million.
