SAP (SAP) said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of digital adoption platform WalkMe (WKME) with an equity value of roughly $1.5 billion.
SAP said each ordinary issued and outstanding WalkMe share has been converted into the right for its stockholders to get $14 apiece in cash.
Following the takeover, WalkMe's stock will cease trading on the Nasdaq, SAP added.
