Homeland Interactive Technology' (HKG:3798) granted 22,446,201 award shares to selected participants under its share award scheme, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Furthermore, the company's additional trustee, Futu Trustee, purchased 5,164,000 shares of the company on the market from Jan. 1 to June 30 for the purpose of the share award scheme, for around HK$12.0 million or HK$2.32 per share, the filing said.
The mobile card and board games developer's shares were up over 7% in recent trade.
