IZEA Names Venetucci New CEO, COO to Exit

IZEA Worldwide has named Patrick Venetucci as its new chief executive officer.

He succeeds founder Ted Murphy, who will be departing the company, IZEA said on Monday.

Prior to joining IZEA, Venetucci served as CEO of private equity-backed Merge. Before that, he spent 20 years at Leo Burnett as President of Global Operations, IZEA said.

The provider of marketing technology also said that President and Chief Operating Officer Ryan Schram will also be leaving the company.
