Hudson Pacific Properties Suspends Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP) said Tuesday its board has suspended the firm's quarterly common stock dividend, starting with the Q3 dividend that would have been paid this month.

The board aims to "preserve capital in an ongoing challenging environment," Chairman and Chief Executive Victor Coleman said.

Hudson's stock fell 3.8% in recent Tuesday trading.
