Phinia to Offer $400 Million of Senior Notes Due 2032

Phinia (PHIN) said Tuesday that it is planning to offer up to $400 million in unsecured senior notes maturing in 2032 in a private offering.

The notes would be guaranteed by certain Phinia subsidiaries, the company said.

Phinia said the net proceeds would be used to repay all of the outstanding debt under its term loan A facility, to pay fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes.
