Accrelist (SGX:QZG) issued 7,442,228 shares to eligible employees, pursuant to the vesting of the second tranche of the awards granted on July 24, 2023, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist board on Sept. 12.
Following the allotment and issuance of the new shares, the number of issued and paid-up shares in the capital of the company increased to 319,632,014 ordinary shares from 312,189,786.
Shares of the distributor of electronics items fell over 4% in recent trading.
