Stocks to Watch Monday: Palantir, Dell, Apple -- WSJ

Palantir Technologies $(PLTR)$, Dell Technologies $(DELL)$: The companies will join the S&P 500 index this month, S&P Global said late Friday. Both stocks rose more than 6% premarket. Insurer Erie Indemnity $(ERIE)$ will also join; its shares gained before the bell.

Apple $(AAPL)$: Apple is poised to unveil a new generation of iPhones at its annual fall product event on Monday. Shares rose 0.9% premarket.

Nvidia $(NVDA)$: Shares of the artificial-intelligence darling advanced more than 1% premarket. That put the stock on pace to recoup some recent losses, after it fell 14% last week.

Coinbase $(COIN)$, MicroStrategy $(MSTR)$: Bitcoin rebounded slightly Monday, after falling as low as $52,605 over the weekend. Crypto-linked stocks advanced premarket, with Coinbase and MicroStrategy each rising more than 3%.

Trump Media & Technology Group $(DJT)$: Shares in the parent company of Donald Trump's social-media platform, Truth Social, gained more than 3% premarket. On Tuesday, former President Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris will debate for the first time.

Earnings are due from Oracle $(ORCL)$ after the close.
