Viking Holdings (VIK) said late Monday that certain shareholders launched a secondary public offering of 30 million Viking shares.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to acquire up to 4.5 million additional shares.

Viking shares were down 2.7% in after-hours activity.
