Invitation Homes Announces Cash Dividend

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 13, 2024-- 

Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) ("Invitation Homes" or the "Company"), the nation's premier single-family home leasing and management company, announced today that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share payable on shares of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on or before October 18, 2024, to stockholders of record of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on September 26, 2024.
