Ascent Bridge (SGX:AWG) has applied for an extension with the SGX RegCo to hold its annual general meeting by Nov. 30 and to issue its Annual and Sustainability Reports by Nov. 15, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The request follows delays in audit procedures related to ongoing concern assessments. The company will also seek similar extensions from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
