CGN Mining (HKG:1164) recently found that unit Beijing Sino-Kazakh Uranium Resources Investment terminated a lease agreement, as lessor, with CGNPC Uranium Resources, effective Jan. 1, a Monday bourse filing said.
The move came about as Beijing Sino-Kazakh Uranium Resources Investment intends to sell the property under the lease.
CGNPC Uranium Resources is a controlling shareholder of CGN Mining.
