Suzhou Basecare Medical Gets Nod for Cryopreservation of Egg, Sperm, Embryo Samples

The medical products administrator of Jiangsu, China approved Suzhou Basecare Medical's (HKG:2170) two devices under its cryopreservation system - liquid nitrogen storage system, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The system is indicated for the cryopreservation of embryos and eggs, while another device is intended for the preservation of sperm cell samples, the filing said.
