Mindchamps Preschool (SGX:CNE) has appointed Yip Bao Chung as the company's chief financial officer, effective Oct. 15, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Chung will succeed Teo Wee Jone, who will step down from the role on the same date.
Shares of the preschools education system company were up nearly 3% in recent trading.
