China Southern Airlines (HKG:1055, SHA:600029) became the third major Chinese domestic carrier to use C919 for commercial flights, Xinhua News Agency reported Thursday.
The Guangzhou-based airline flew a full load of passengers and landed at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. In April, China Southern Airlines inked a deal to buy 100 C919 aircraft from the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC).
