European Equities Traded in the US as American Depositary Receipts Decrease Friday

European equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were falling on Friday morning, down 1.5% to 1,436.90 on the S&P Europe Select ADR Index.

From continental Europe, the gainers were led by biotech company Genfit (GNFT) and telecommunications company Ericsson (ERIC), which were rising 18% and 1% respectively.

The decliners from continental Europe were led by Danish pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk (NVO) and semiconductor manufacturing company STMicroelectronics (STM), which fell 5.9% and 4.4% respectively.

They were followed by semiconductor company ASML (ASML), which declined 3.8%.

From the UK and Ireland, the gainers were led by biotech companies Centessa Pharmaceuticals (CNTA) and Achilles Therapeutics (ACHL), which rose 3.9% and 2.8% respectively.

The decliners from the UK and Ireland were led by Biodexa Pharmaceuticals (BDRX) and Autolus Therapeutics (AUTL), which lost 7.1% and 3.9% respectively.
