Limin's Unit Gets Nod to Set Up Multifunctional Plant in China's Xuzhou City

Limin Group's (SHE:002734) unit, Limin Chemical, received approval to establish a high-efficiency multifunctional plant in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China after obtaining an investment project registration certificate from the local government, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The Chinese pesticide maker plans to invest 50 million yuan into the plant, which will produce 100 tons of fluopyram technical product every year, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell less than 3% in recent trade.
